Weise Motorcycle Clothing to Connecticut

Motorcycle Industry News

Fowlers Distribution, Britain’s biggest wholesalers of motorcycle parts, clothing and accessories, including its popular Weise brand, has opened an office in New England to support its growing network of North American dealers.

Founded in 1926 in the city of Bristol, which has had strong associations with North America since John Cabot sailed there in the 15th century, Fowlers will initially concentrate on supplying its own-label Weise brand of clothing from its new facility in Connecticut.

Weise takes its name from the German word for “wise” and the new 2011 collection continues to build on this reputation for quality, style and functionality, with a comprehensive range of bike wear featuring textile jackets and matching pants, windproof base layers, boots and gloves.

From a $9.99 cotton balaclava to a $299.99 armored all-season textile jacket, Weise has riders covered.

Weise designers specify the best technological materials available, including Isotex waterproof/breathable drop linings, 3M Scotchlite reflectors and YKK zippers, to ensure that quality consistently matches European customers’ high expectations.

For information on the complete 2011 WEISE range of rider apparel and accessories and a list of American stockists, call Fowlers Distribution on 203-597-8686 or visit weise-clothing.co.uk.
