2011 Motorcycle Racing
The 2011 season of motorcycle racing at Glen Helen Raceway gets underway this weekend for the opening rounds of the REM Saturday Motocross series and 2011 Vet X Winter National Series.
Sunday marks the beginning of the REM Motocross Series. REM racing is a popular series amongst motorcycle industry icons as well as local riders from beginner to pro.
With pro motocross races lasting 20 minutes and all others lasting 15, the relaxed atmosphere of REM Motocross is the perfect way to start off the New Year (for more information, visit remsatmx.com).
Also racing on Sunday is the opening round of the Vet X Winter National Series. With classes geared toward every rider, from first time beginner to experienced pro, Vet X Racing is one of the most successful racing series that comes to Glen Helen Raceway.
The 2010 Vet X season saw high turn outs and good, close racing in a variety of classes, including Pee Wee, Mini, Youth, Women, 25+, and Vet.

For riders looking for a little practice time, open Motocross practice on the USGP track takes place on Saturday from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
