UK Motorcycle Show

The ninth and final day of 2010 Carole Nash Motorcycle Live at The NEC in Birmingham wrapped up on Sunday. This YouTube video highlights what occurred during the final day at Carole Nash, showing the crowds enjoying the 2011-motorcycle lineup and the auction that benefited Riders for Health, which featured many MotoGP novelties.

One of the crowd favorites at Carole Nash was the all-new 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R Ninja, a superbike that has many upgrades, including Kawaskai’s innovative traction control system.

Also a favorite for Honda fans was the new Crossrunner 800, a quasi-adventure motorcycle with a V4 powerplant! The 2011 Honda Crossrunner 800 motorcycle claims all the flexibility and exciting attitude of a naked bike with the upright riding position and rugged appearance of an adventure motorcycle.

Besides the attendees enjoying new motorcycles from 38 separate manufacturers, some of the world’s fastest motorcycle racers participated in an auction that aids Riders for Health. MotoGP and World Superike racing stars turned out in force to support the charity, which works to supply reliable transport for health workers in rural communities of Africa.

During the auction, much motorcycle racing novelties were on the block, including a Jorge Lorenzo-signed replica X-Lite helmet and a printed canvas complete with the autographs of Valentino Rossi, Casey Stoner, Dani Pedrosa and Lorenzo.

The MotoGP auction at Carole Nash Motorcycle Live raised almost £5,000 with the most money being generated from the sale of a Tissot watch signed by almost the entire MotoGP paddock.
