The Skip Barber Superbike School powered by KTM announced today that Eric Bostrom will be participating at the school in July following the Laguna Seca MotoGP weekend as a guest instructor.
Eric recently made a guest appearance during the June school and was a hit with the students. Eric will accompany Michael Czysz along with the regular instructors, which includes a group of club and national champions and multiple track record holders.
Eric Bostrom’s career in AMA racing from 1996 to 2010 includes wins in the AMA Superbike Championship, a close 2nd in the points championship in 2002, and the 2001 AMA Supersport and 1998 AMA Formula Xtreme Championships.
Eric is excited and ready to compete at the upcoming AMA Superbike round at Laguna Seca on July 23-25, 2010 that coincides with the US MotoGP.
Eric Bostrom says: “I am really pumped with how far Skip Barber Racing School went to make the school a personal experience. From the one on one instruction and individual filming, to providing photos and memories, I think the benefit to the students as well as the experience is increased ten fold using this platform and technology, making the program absolutely worth while.”

The Skip Barber Superbike School Powered by KTM uses KTM’s two most powerful and exciting motorcycles, the 1190 RC8 and the 1190 RC8-R. By utilizing these motorcycles students experience a true superbike school on rare European machinery and an unmatched level of personal attention from first class instructors.
The feedback from Eric’s participation in the June school was off the charts, as many students were unaware of his scheduled participation. Like the other instructors, Eric works personally with each student both on and off the track.
The school is held at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the home of the infamous “corkscrew”. Along with the fantastic track, nearby Carmel and Monterey offer some of the world’s best hotels, restaurants, and oceanfront scenery, allowing students to experience one of the most beautiful regions in our country.
