Rockstar Makita Suzuki and their 2010-motorcycle-race winners Blake Young and Tommy Hayden are ready to take on the competition at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California.
Round 4 of the AMA American SuperBike series is set to kick off with the first race of the doubleheader Saturday at 2:30 pm.
Blake Young is coming off an impressive double win at Road Atlanta, where the second-year racer notched the first wins of his SuperBike career.
Young’s GSX-R1000 was the fastest in qualifying, putting Young on the pole position and propelling him to two phenomenal victories.
Young is currently third in overall points and is focused on earning some more this weekend.
Tommy Hayden got his first SuperBike-class win at Round 2 in Fontana, and he and his GSX-R1000 have been on the podium at five out of six races.
With that kind of consistency and the undeniable power of the GSX-R, Hayden is setting himself up to have a great year in 2010.
Hayden is currently second in points in the class and is looking to take his GSX-R to the front of the pack again this weekend.
The GSX-R1000 might be set to dominate this weekend at Infineon.
With more podium finishes and top-10 showings than any other motorcycle, the GSX-R is an undeniable champion.
