Valentino Rossi | VR46 Packard Bell Laptop

Euro VR46 Packard Bell

The nine-times MotoGP World Champion, Valentino Rossi, has signed a new and exciting line of Packard Bell products designed for the on-the-go lifestyle of all those who love exclusive, unique, top-performance objects. The first netbook of the series, the brand new dot VR46 (Limited Edition) is coming soon and addresses Rossi’s fans and enthusiasts as who want a unique netbook sporting high performances.

The NightSky Black cover featuring Valentino Rossi’s pattern, designed by Aldo Drudi, his graphic designer, gives the netbook a cool appearance suitable for young and sporty people who are one of a kind. A forceful style, swift and brimming with vitality, evokes the brightly coloured world of Valentino Rossi and the universe of Packard Bell users.

Valentino Rossi Style

The renowned "the sun & the moon" stands out on the cover like on the Valentino’s famous helmets, and represents the two sides of Valentino Rossi’s personality. It’s Rossi’s trademark: each ray of the sun represents one of the 5 continents where MotoGP races. Visible both on the cover and inside the netbook, the "46" is the number with which Valentino has always raced (and the number his father also raced with), while the dominant fluorescent yellow is one of Valentino’s favorite colors.

Valentino Rossi Performance

This 11.6-inch netbook is less than one inch thin and weighs just 1.35 kg. It’s easy to grip and maneuver and features a full-size keyboard and a multi-gesture touchpad that lets you navigate, scroll and zoom with ease.

The integrated 6-cell battery of the dot VR46 that offers up to 8-hours of power, and the high- performance low-voltage processor embedded, fit your on-the-go lifestyle and let you always stay connected. For video chatting and more, enjoy its built-in webcam, microphone, Windows Live Messenger, 3G module, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

View high-def pictures, movies or Internet clips featuring MotoGP races and more in high resolution thanks to the 11.6" HD 1366 x 768 pixel resolution screen; to complete the picture, the Packard Bell Diamond View TFT LCD offers a high-brightness (200-nit).

Valentino Rossi Entertainment

Thanks to the HDMITMport you can enjoy your favorite entertainment on a high-def peripheral. An incomparable multichannel sound experience will surround you with an ordinary pair of stereo headphones, as a result of the Optimized Dolby.

The 5-in-1 card-reader allows flexible storage and file sharing. The up-to 640GB2 hard disk drive enables advanced storage options for movies, music and more.

The VR46 will be available in Italy, France and England in February, starting at the estimated price of 499.00€.
