2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide Special Photo Gallery
Last year, Harley-Davidson released eight revamped motorcycles that featured improved brakes, ergonomics, styling and more power – the Project RUSHMORE models.
One of the Harleys that highlighted the group was the Street Glide Special. This bagger is powered by Harley’s 103 ci that pushes 104.7 ft.-lb. of torque at 3250 rpm, and rolls on a single-spar, rigid-backbone frame.
The Special is upgraded over the standard Street Glide with a host of improvements, including Reflex Linked Brakes with ABS, the Boom! Box 6.5 GT infotainment system, CVO-styled hand-adjustable rear suspension, and a Gloss Black inner fairing.
Other amenities on the 2014 Harley-Davidson Street Glide for the touring motorcyclist are full-length rider foot boards, height-adjustable passenger footboards and a six-gallon fuel tank to go the distance.
