Victory Motorcycles: Building Ness Cafe (Video)

2012 Victory Motorcycles Zach Ness Judge Cafe Bike

At the 2012 Progressive International Motorcycle Show in New York City earlier this year, there were two known personalities at the Victory Motorcycles display – R. Lee “Gunny” Ermey and Arlen Ness’ grandson, Zach Ness.

And at “high noon” on Saturday during NYC IMS, Gunny helped Ness unveil the first Victory Motorcycle to be officially customized in 2012, the Ness Cafe. Zach Ness built the cafe motorcycle out of Victory’s 2013 Judge.

When Zach went to work on the NessCafe, time was limited. But Zach worked diligently at Lloydz Motorworz in Pine Bush, N.Y., and was able to complete the build by the NYC IMS show.

In the video attached above, Victory takes us behind the scenes at Lloydz, giving some insight into the project at Zach rebuilt the engine and assembled the “one-of-a-kind Judge.”
