KTM’s Ryan Dungey, the reigning Monster Energy Supercross Champion

The American Motorcyclist Association—the sanctioning body for Monster Energy Supercross and the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship—has released the professional competition numbers for pro-licensed riders in 2017.

Besides the riders who will don the #1 plates—Ryan Dungey (450SX), Ken Roczen (450MX), Cooper Webb (250SX West), Malcolm Stewart (250SX East), Cooper Webb (250MX)—a few riders have also claimed some new career numbers for 2017.

Riders using the #1 plates only use them in the series where they have earned the title; in all other classes, the riders will use their normal professional number.
