Thailand Honda Scooter News
This month, AP Honda Co., LTD., has plans to offer the Click 125i in Thailand. The Click 125i is a 125cc “sports Scooter” based on the Thai-manufactured 110cc Click-I.
The scooter will be the first model in Thailand to feature eSP, “Honda’s newly developed 125-cc global engine for scooters, which boasts improved durability, quietness, and high fuel efficiency.”
AP Honda says: “The Click 125i presents a sporty design with aggressive and innovative looks based on the image of the new engine featuring cutting-edge technology and an exhilarating ride, while inheriting the ‘slim and sharp’ concept of the Click-i.”
In 2006, Honda debuted the Click 110 sports scooter, which was upgraded in 2008 with the PGM-F1 (Honda Programmed Fuel Injection), which achieved a higher level of performance and fuel efficiency.
The Click 110 is very popular in Thailand, and is hoping for the same with the Click 125i. Global Honda’s next plan will be to offer the eSP engine on a wider range of 125cc scooters, and offer them throughout the world in 2012.
