Yamaha Motorcycle Recall
Yamaha is recalling 2011 FJR 1300 motorcycles due to brake-lever issues; 260 units are affected.
Yamaha says the brake lights on the 2011 FJR motorcycles manufactured from January 2011 through April 2011 may not illuminate when the front-brake lever is applied due to the activating mechanism in the front brake switch binding.
Honda has recalled 3,020 VT750 motorcycles (Shadow, Phantom), model year 2010 and 2011, due to electrical system issues.
Honda says the VT750 motorcycles produced from June 25, 2009, to March 28, 2011, have defective bank angle sensors that could create an erroneous reading and cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash.
