Metro Racing is proud to announce that vintage flat track racing is back in Harpursville, NY on Friday, June 25th and Saturday, June 26th, 2010.
Yes, round 5 & 6 of the AMA Vintage Flat Track Championship Series will be at the lightning fast 1/4 mile track at Square Deal Raceway just outside of Binghamton, NY.
Special guest this year is Mert Lawwill: Harley Davidson factory rider, star of On Any Sunday and AMA Grand National Champion. Mert will be on hand all weekend for some bench racing and autographs.
Along with some spectacular racing on flat track bikes from the 30’s throught the 80’s, there will be the Boots Oakley Swap Meet and the Metro Trophy Girls.
Saturday night will feature the 4th Annual Larry Weiss Memorial Race with the handmade trophy awarded to the winner.
