2000-2012 Harley Softail: D&D Bob Cat Pipe

2012 D&D Harley-Davidson Exhaust

D&D Performance Enterprises’ custom Bob Cat pipe is designed for 2000 – 2012 Harley-Davidson Softail motorcycles.

The exhausts are available in midnight black or show-quality chrome with choice of polished aluminum, black or carbon sleeve. By adding a high-flow air cleaner enthusiasts will experience as much as 10-percent gain in torque and horsepower across the entire RPM range.

The Bob Cat exhaust system improves the performance and economy of the OEM system through tighter mapping of the engine characteristics. By adding a high-flow air filter the performance and economy is taken up another notch. By increasing the efficiency of the stock engine riders experience greater fuel economy, throttle response and performance.

To maximize the combination of increased air coming into and out of the engine a fuel control module is needed to monitor the operation in a fuel injected Harley-Davidson.

2000-2012 Harley-Davidson Softail D&D Bob Cat Exhaust Options:

Part # 575-31 – Black Pipe

575-31A – Aluminum Sleeve

575-31B – Black Satin Sleeve

575-31C – Carbon fiber Sleeve

Part # 575-32 – Chrome Pipe

575-32A – Aluminum Sleeve

575-32B – Black Satin Sleeve

575-32C – Carbon fiber Sleeve

The Bob Cat utilizes D&D’s Concentric Flow Baffle System technology. The benefit of using the system includes reduced noise, performance improvement and enhanced Harley-rumble. The Bob Cat is the perfect aftermarket exhaust trifecta.
