Remember that scene in "Easy Rider" (1969) when Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda pull up to that funky little dive of a hotel on their choppers.
Hopper yells out, "Hey, got any rooms?" The night manager comes out, takes one look at the two bikes, does a double take of the guys riding them, then without a word goes back inside.
This weekend, the United States Grand Prix takes place at Glen Helen Raceway, California. The FIM Motocross events begin Thursday, May 12, with amateur motocross, and finish up Sunday, May 15, with MX1 and MX2 races.

Glen Helen Raceway has redesigned their world-famous USGP Track layout for the 2011 Monster Energy Grand Prix of the United States.
The USGP Track features some of the world’s toughest technical turns and steepest hills.
The Grand Prix at Glen Helen promises to be an exciting race as Europe’s best riders match up against the top Americans.
Pre-sale tickets for the 2011 Monster Energy Grand Prix of the United States are no available. Single-day, four-day and VIP ticket packages will be available, with free pit passes included in the price of every pre-sale ticket. Pre-sale Sunday-only passes will also be available at participating Yamaha dealers in April.
