2011 Triumph Rocket III | Quick Look

2011 Triumph Motorcycle

The inches don’t get any bigger than the Triumph Rocket III Roadster’s massive motor. It displaces a whopping 140 cubic inches, spread along three cylinders that distinctively run from front to back.

Wet weight is an intimidating claimed 807 pounds, but the power matches it well. It’s a handful, to be sure, but a manageable handful with tractor levels of torque, and well over 100 ft/lbs available from 2000 to 6000 rpm.

The five-speed transmission is more than adequate, as are the twin 320mm floating discs with four-piston Nissin calipers in the front with ABS.
