Bulleteer Customs Royal Enfield Himalayan Sherpa Inside Look

Based in Pune, India, about 100 miles southeast of Mumbai, Bulleteer Customs is a shop that specializes in bespoke Royal Enfield builds. While the original Himalayan may seem like an unlikely starting point for a custom motorcycle, Bulleteer Custom Motorcycles Head of Design Ricardo Pereira has other ideas.

Starting at the front of the Bulleteer Customs Royal Enfield Himalayan Sherpa, we find a custom wheel with chrome spokes. Mounted on the aluminum rim is an adventure-style Ralco Speed Blaster tire to match the rear setup. A custom radial mounting bracket accommodates a ByBre caliper with a steel braided line. The fender and its supports are custom, as is the axle. The inverted WP fork is extended three inches, has custom damping, and hand-polished fork legs.

Farther up is a custom 6.5-inch round headlight with yellow tinting. The analog-style timepiece with Royal Enfield on its face has a custom brass bezel, which is protected by a custom shield. The three-display dash is relocated above the tank.

Bulleteer Customs created a custom tracker-bend, crossbar-braced handlebar for the Royal Enfield Himalayan Sherpa. Leather is used for the grip wraps and the knee pads for the chrome-plated fuel tank. A custom tan brat seat falls right in line.

Although it’s not likely to see competition, the Bulleteer Customs Royal Enfield Himalayan Sherpa has side number plates sporting #27. To enhance performance, a custom high-mounted header sends spent gasses to an Akrapovič muffler. Further, a skidplate protected the polished engine cases.

Finally, the bike’s rear has a custom taillight mounted to a custom fender.

The final result pays homage to the past. Additionally, performance upgrades enhance the Bulleteer Customs Royal Enfield Himalayan Sherpa’s functionality—it is not a display-only creation. This build is an unexpected pleasure.
