2016 Honda CRF230F

With full size wheels that allow using the best tires available, and a reasonable seat height of 34.6 inches, the 2016 Honda CRF230F is the flagship of Honda’s F-series trailbikes.

Showa suspension with 9.5 inches of fork travel and nine inches of linkage-assisted rear wheel travel means that the CRF230F can take anything you’re likely to find on a trail, sort of full-on whoops.

Good torque is available for the slightly undersquare air-cooled two-valve SOHC motor, and a six-speed transmission gives you the right cog of any situation. While it’s nothing like a competition bike, the Honda CRF230F is an enjoyable trail bike in the classic sense of the world, making it easy to get through any terrain, just so long as you aren’t in a terrible hurry.
