FIM Motocross World Championship
KTM, the market leader in sports oriented motorcycles and the company that is always "Ready to Race" has now secured stability for its top class MX World Championship factory racing team right through to 2013, Motorsports boss Pit Beirer has reported.
KTM 350 SX-F
When the KTM 350 SX-F was "Ready to Race" in 2010, the all-new Austrian motorcycle won the 2010 MX1 World Championship with Red Bull Teka’s Tony Cairoli.
Once Cairoli won, though, the controversy began. Immediately rumors spread, stating that the 350 SX-F was closer to a 400 cc machinethan a standard 350 model.
KTM MX1 / MX2
With the opening of the MX World Championship season in Bulgaria just around the corner, the Red Bull Teka KTM Factory Team is busy preparing to defend the MX1 and MX2 titles won in 2010 during the team’s most successful ever championships. One of the highlights of the current season will be the US GP in Glenn Helen, they confirm.
