    The FIM have today announced that the 2010 Grand Prix events in France, Italy and Czech Republic will be held a week later than originally scheduled, whilst Great Britain swaps places in the order with Italy. The San Marino event will be held a week earlier.

    MotoGP’s James Toseland to perform at Indy

    Crash, the rock band fronted by MotoGP star James Toseland, will perform live Saturday, Aug. 29 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway during the Red Bull Indianapolis GP.

    The performance will start at 4:30 p.m. on the 6th Street Stage in the IMS infield. Toseland, from Great Britain, plays keyboards and is a vocalist for the four-man band.

    The past weekend’s racing was one to remember for the Sidi colours, as Sidi Vortice boots became major players on the Donington circuit during the GP of Great Britain. It was another extraordinary double in the 250 class, with the Japanese rider for Honda Hiroshi Aoyama coming in first, and Spain’s Alvaro Bautista (Aspar Team Aprilia) in second place. The two aces from the Sidi Sport stables are confirming themselves as true matadors in the 250 class for the 2009 season.
