It was an unpredictable night at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis. 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship leader Jett Lawrence was bumped repeatedly at the start of Moto 1, leaving the first corner in P21. Hunter Lawrence led every lap with Ken Roczen and Eli Tomac riding behind him in formation the entire race.

Jett methodically picked his way through the pack, hitting P14 by the end of the opening lap of the 18-lap race. Jett hit the top 10 on lap 4 and passed Chase Sexton for P4 on lap 13, Jett’s final pass of Moto 1.
Moto 2 was less chaotic, as Jett led every lap, with Tomac and Hunter behind him in that order from lap 2 to the finish. That order gave Hunter the overall win, Jett the runner-up spot, and Tomac the final overall podium slot.

Sexton ran in P4 until a fall on the final lap dropped him to P10 and P7 overall. Roczen’s 2-5 put him in P4 on the night, and Cooper Webb’s 8-4 earned him a P5.

Going into the 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship Final at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Jett holds a six-point lead over Hunter. The Final awards triple points, so Hunter can take the title with a win in Las Vegas. Tomac is a long shot, as it would require him to win, with Jett and Hunter finishing outside of the top three.
