Dainese Pays Tribute to Valentino Rossi for 19 Years

Dainese Pays Tribute to Valentino Rossi

Since joining the World Championship in 1996, Valentino Rossi has wore only one brand of leathers – Dainese.

In regard to marketing, “The Doctor” Rossi is without a doubt Dainese’s largest asset. One reason is Rossi’s amazing record of nine World Championships with titles from each class. Another is his off-track attitude. Some argue Rossi is the biggest voice in MotoGP; we concur.

To pay tribute to Rossi’s career-long use of the Dainese brand, the Italian apparel manufacturer decided to pay tribute to the 35-year-old with a new Infographic titled “The Rookie – Dainese’s Infographic Tribute to VR46.”

The infographic shows all the rookies Rossi has competed with, and mostly defeated, including Nicky Hayden, Loris Capirossi, Kenny Roberts Jr., and of course two-time MotoGP Champion Marc Marquez.

Following is the graph, which highlights all the rookies Rossi challenged. This year will mark Rossi’s 19th year in World Championship racing as he continues his long-career aboard Yamaha YZR-M1 machinery.
