2013 Piaggio BV350 In US Dealerships

2013 Piaggio Scooter

When Piaggio first reported it was releasing the 2013 BV 350 in America, the popular maxi scooter wasn’t supposed to arrive in dealerships until May.

But on Thursday, Piaggio reported that the best-selling BV 350 is available now in U.S. Piaggio/Vespa dealerships.

The 2013 Piaggio BV 350 features a hosts of upgrades over the previous model, including an all-new more powerful engine, a revamped frame and some new body work.

Piaggio says: "The BV 350, designed to easily accommodate two, is the first Piaggio scooter equipped with a brand-new, single-cylinder 4-stroke, 4-valve 350cc electronic injection and water cooled engine that thinks and acts big – offering the weight savings, efficient fuel consumption and lower emissions of a smaller 300cc model with the power of a 400cc. And there’s nothing ‘cute’ about the BV 350: from its smoked windshield and glossy black rims to matte, brushed metal accents, this ride is sporty with a decidedly tough urban edge."

2013 Piaggio BV350 highlights include:

  • Price: $5,499
  • Engine: 350cc liquid-cooled single cylinder four-stroke
  • Fuel Economy: 70 MPG
  • Colors: Shiny Black, Matte Silver
