2012 BMW K 1600 GTL | Quick Look

2012 BMW Motorcycle

Going up against the granddaddy of luxury tourers, the Honda Gold Wing (which happens to be taking a break from production this year), the new inline-six 2011 BMW K 1600 GTL promises to make a big splash in the class.

Delivering more relaxed ergonomics and more creature comforts than the GT edition, the GTL weighs a bit more, is slightly slower in acceleration and gets about one fewer mile out of a gallon of fuel.

But, it offers a standard top case, audio system, chrome mufflers, and all the electronic wizardry of the GT.
