Bachman & Turner to Play 2011 Sturgis

The two main musicians behind the 70’s blue-collar rock ‘n’ roll band Bachman-Turner Overdriver have reunited, and are slated to play at the Legendary Buffalo Chip on Sunday, Aug. 7, during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

The two, Randy Bachman and Fred Turner, spent 20 years apart before recently reuniting, and the Sturigs Rally will be one of their largest shows in 2011.

During the four years they were together, Bachman & Turner filled the world’s largest arenas, sold a staggering 30 million records and were responsible for 120 Platinum, Gold and Silver records.

These two giants of rock are responsible for a string of hits including "Takin’ Care of Business," "You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet," and "Let It Ride."

Bachman & Turner join Toby Keith, George Thorogood and the Destroyers and Alice Cooper among announced acts for the Buffalo Chip’s 30th annual party during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
