Day 2 Estoril Testing Canceled for Marquez

Moto2 News

For the second day in a row, Respol’s Marc Marquez and his team have ruled out running in the third Moto2 test session scheduled for this preseason.

After last week tests in Barcelona and Valencia, the team traveled to Estoril Circuit (Portugal) where the inclement weather has been the main protagonist.

As is usual in the area, the weather changed constantly and, after heavy rains, the wind allowed even to see the sunshine, but the track did not completely dry, as the rain has fallen again intermittently on the Portuguese track.

Tomorrow will be the third and last opportunity for the Repsol Moto2 rider Marquez to test at Estoril and continue his adaptation process to the Moto2 class.

It will be a special day for Marquez, as Emilio Alzamora’s pupil will turn 18-years old.
