Heavy rains moved through central Iowa forcing AMA Pro Racing to postpone Round 16 of the AMA Pro K&N Filters Grand National Championship race presented by Motorcycle-Superstore.com scheduled for today at the famous Knoxville Raceway.
With a favorable weather forecast for Sunday, Registration and Tech with begin at 10 a.m. local time with the remainder of the days schedule to be determined by track conditions.
The bullet fast sprint car track had been in perfect shape, when the storms hit around 4:30 a.m. and continued into the afternoon.
