Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Harley-Davidson, the World’s Largest Harley-Davidson Dealership, will host Biketoberfest from Thursday, October 15th through Sunday, October 18th at Destination Daytona in Ormond Beach, Florida.
Sanctioned by the city of Daytona Beach, Biketoberfest is an annual, award-winning motorcycle rally that offers riders a long weekend full of family-friendly entertainment.
Triumph-owned Triumph Daytona 675 have been awarded this year’s AMA Pro Moto-GT1 class series championship. The team’s second place finish at New Jersey Motorsports Park gave them a 35-point lead in the season’s point standings, which allowed them to mathematically clinch the series title.
"After the first few rounds, it looked like we would have to win every race just to have a shot at the title. Then we won at Barber and a number of other teams had some bad luck, which helped put us back in the game," said Mark Crozier.
Hot Leathers, the industry leader in motorcycle apparel and accessories, today announced two new stops on its fall 2009 rally schedule. In addition to its 11 previously scheduled events, Hot Leathers had added the Thunder Beach Fall Rally and the Lone Star Rally to its line-up.

Buell Motorcycle Company and AMA Pro Racing recently announced a multi-year partnership that will see Buell provide the Official Pace and Safety Bikes of AMA Pro Road Racing. As part of this unique agreement, specially outfitted Buell Ulysses and 1125R motorcycles will pace the opening laps of each AMA Pro Road Racing event and be used during caution periods for all AMA Pro Road Racing classes.
Daytona Set to Host 2009 Bike Week "World’s Largest Motorcycle Event".
2009 Bike Week in Daytona Florid, the "World’s Largest Motorcycle Event", will attract more than 500,000 bike enthusiasts from all over the world for a raucous 10 days of motorcycle shows, exhibits, live concerts, races at Daytona International Speedway and, last but certainly not least, hardcore partying on Main and Beach streets. 2009 Bike Week at Daytona Beach will take place February 27 through March 8, 2009. Admission is charged to certain events during 2009 Bike Week.
