Red Bull KTM: Behind the Scenes (Video)

2012 AMA Supercross/Motocross

In November, the Red Bull KTM team of newly-signed Ryan Dungey, Ken Roczen and Marvin Musquin were busy at The Ranch in Anza, Calif., prepping for the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship.

During their prep, the Red Bull KTM Factory Team held a photo shoot. But besides the pictures, the team also recorded some footage for a behind-the-scenes look at Dungey, Roczen, Musquin and the SX-F 450 motocross machines; the attached video above highlights those moments.

By far the biggest news in 2012 AMA Supercross/Motocross was Dungey’s switch from the Rockstar Makita Suzuki team to the Red Bull KTM team. The 21-year-old Minnesota, who took both the AMA Supercross and Motocross champioships in 2010, now rejoins his former team manager and mentor, Roger DeCoster.

Dungey’s first Supercross outing on the Red Bull/KTM Factory Team will be at Angel Stadium Jan. 7, 2012, for the opening round of the 2012 AMA SX Championship, in which he’ll compete on the KTM 450 SX-F in the premier class.
