Ready to ride around the globe thanks to BMW’s impressive worldwide dealer network and user clubs throughout the planet, the R 1200 GS (or its Adventure-designated brother) is the bike of choice for intrepid riders.
For 2011, the regular GS gets BMW’s On Board Computer and saddlebag mounts as standard equipment, while the GS Adventure is now fitted with the Enduro Gearbox.
Also new to the R1200GS is the Triple Black version, which adds a bit of stealth to a motorcycle that is hardly under the radar when it comes to styling.
