The Rain in Spain stalls 125cc test

The heavy rainstorm that affected southern Spain today, and especially the region of Cadiz, was the main protagonist of the first day of the test that started today at the Jerez Circuit.

Marc Márquez, who clocked up the best time at the test held in Valencia earlier this week, decided not to go out on the track, which did not dry out from the torrential rain that fell this morning.

Although some riders did go out on the Andalusian asphalt, Márquez and his team preferred to wait until tomorrow, when they will continue with the set-up work started in Cheste.

The Repsol rider stayed in his garage, on a day conditioned by the heavy rain that fell on the Andalusian track this morning.
