The final round of the 2025 AMA Pro Motocross National Championship Series provided few surprises, as Jett Lawrence took his ninth overall win of the 11-round season with a 1-2 result. Hunter Lawrence finished in P2 overall for the sixth time with a 3-1 ride. Jett and Hunter led every lap of the race they won. Justin Cooper’s 2-4 day earned him the final podium spot at Budds Creek MX Park in Mechanicsville, Maryland.

R.J. Hampshire took his sixth top-five in his rookie 450MX season, going 4-3. It was a four-way tie on points for the final top five slot, with Justin Barcia winning the Moto 2 result tiebreaker. Behind him, in order, with 31 points were Malcolm Stewart, Dylan Ferrandis, and Eli Tomac.
Justin Cooper and Jett Lawrence were set to go 1-2 in the seedings for the upcoming SuperMotocross World Championship Playoffs. Stewart passed the idle Chase Sexton and Cooper Webb to get seeded in P3 for the SMX Playoffs. Hunter ended the season with one point behind Stewart in P5, as Hunter lost the tiebreaker to Webb. Sexton, Tomac, Aaron Plessinger, Barcia, and Hampshire round out the SMX top 10 seedings in that order.

The 2025 SuperMotocross World Championship Playoffs are a three-round affair, starting on September 6 at zMAX Dragway at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. Check our 2025 SuperMotocross Television Schedule for viewing details.
