A few days ago, we told you about the new 2026 Suzuki GSX-8T. It’s a retro-styled motorcycle based on the GSX-8S. Now, we have the 2026 Suzuki GSX-8TT, which takes the GSX-8T one step farther. Rather than rehash the new features the T and TT share, we’re going to focus on how the TT differs from the T.
- While the 8T was inspired by the Suzuki Titan of the 1960s and ’70s, the 8TT brings it forward in time about 10 years. The styling of the 8TT is a nod to the GS1000, which was raced at AMA Nationals (precursors to MotoAmerica) in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
- The headlight fairing will look familiar to anyone who remembers the c.1980 Suzuki GS1000S superbike. The fork-mounted fairing helps break up the wind at high speeds and brings café racer credibility to the appearance.
- A chin fairing matches the bikini fairing at the top. This adds a contemporary accent to the racing-inspired look.
- The 8TT has its own unique color schemes. You have your choice of Glass Sparkle Black or Pearl Mat Shadow Green. Sorry, but if you want the iconic Wes Cooley white-and-blue, you’ll have to visit a custom paint shop. Note that the bikes in the location photos are European models.
- We have neither a price nor a precise date of availability. Look for the 2026 Suzuki GSX-8TT at your local Suzuki dealer sometime before September 22. While you’re pestering the shop, ask about a price.
