2012 Husqvarna Wallpaper

In late November, Husqvarna gave the world its first look at the Concept Strada – the second streetbike in the 2012 lineup.

Husqvarna, which is currently owned by BMW, unveiled the Strada at the Salon de la Moto Show in Paris.

The Concept Strada, which was designed to target "youthful, on-road motorcyclists" features a 650cc single-cylinder that was designed for BMW’s F Series motorcycles, and a version of the engine currently powers the BMW G 650 GS, Husky says.

Not much information was released on the Strada, but Husqvarna reports it will be on the market in 2012.

The machine follows the news of Husqvarna introducing its first-ever street bike in September, the Nuda 900, which is a "crossover" model between a supermoto and a naked bike.
