Brock’s performance, one of the world’s leading design, testing, retailing and distribution of high-performance motorcycle parts, has announced a product-distribution agreement with Spark Exhaust Technologies, out of Mantova, Italy.

The world-championship-winning, land-speed-recording holding brand Brock’s Performance is known for its prowess on America’s drag strips. And now, Brock’s is expanding its pipe offerings to reach previously untouched market segments, continuing their unending pursuit of power and style for the most serious sportbike or drag racing enthusiasts. Brock’s Performance branded Spark Exhaust slip-on and full system packages will be available.

With headquarters just outside Milan, Spark Exhaust Technologies has been a longtime supplier of original-equipment exhaust for Porsche, Lamborghini, BMW and Aprilia. Combining form and function, it produces slip-ons and full pipes for everything from 600 HP V12’s to 100-pony Harley Big Twins, 1000cc sportbikes and 125cc Vespas. To keep up with the latest in technological advances, the company also supports Grand Prix and national level motorcycle race teams.

Spark Exhaust is comprised by passionate stylists and engineers, committed to creating unique, high quality products with rich detail and a strong identity. All Spark products have an individual sound that offer dramatic weight savings and more importantly, performance increases.

Every Spark pipe’s diameter, shape, length fittings and other details are designed with one goal in mind; to enhance the aesthetic and performance qualities of the specific bike. Mufflers are wrapped in carbon fiber, titanium, anodized black stainless steel or natural stainless finishes.

Brock’s is now carrying a wide array of 19 Spark Exhaust pipes to bolt onto: BMW, Ducati, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. From a shiny new Classic Dual Slip-On for the Ducati Scrambler to a ¾ system for Yamaha’s breath taking R1, that includes a collector and Titanium Spark Force muffler.

Brock's Performance Now Distributing Spark Exhaust Systems Kawasaki H2 Horsepower“We recognize the need for a high quality, lightweight performance exhaust system for applications other than drag racing,” says Brock’s Performance President Brock Davidson, a degreed engineer, longtime drag racer and member of the 200 mph club, “so we took our 32 years of experience at the track and worked with Spark to develop systems that meet our standards of performance.

“Our mission is to solve complex performance issues by offering the best products from America and around the globe, ones that exceed our expectations and pass our meticulous testing. We’ve been searching for an exhaust brand that complements our hardcore systems and slip-ons. We decided to partner with Spark because its products exhibit modern styling elements and have great sound. Just as important, our dyno and scale confirmed their power increases and weight savings.

“Motorcycle manufacturers design bikes to appeal to the broadest range of consumers, not necessarily to squeeze every ounce of available power from their carefully designed intake, exhaust and ignition systems. Aftermarket companies such as Spark are able to tap into additional power by developing new components that are lighter, stronger and freer-flowing, effectively optimizing the bike for riders who crave increased horsepower and a sportier sound.”

So what does this all mean? In the US, we’ll now have more choices when it comes to bolt-on performance products. And as we all know, competition is always a good thing.
