The Santa Cruz-based electric motorcycle manufacturer, Zero Motorcycles, has  launched a new branding campaign ahead of unveiling its 2014 lineup at the 2013 EICMA International Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan, Italy, Nove. 5-10.

As part of its re-branding efforts, Zero Motorcycles has launched a new logo, which helps “reflect Zero Motorcycles evolution as a company and the ever growing appeal of the electric riding experience.”

Scot Harden (Vice President of Marketing for Zero Motorcycles) says: “Zero Motorcycles has led the evolution of the electric motorcycle industry since our inception in 2006 and we’re proud to continue to grow as a company, a brand and a lifestyle. As our impact begins to reach outside the traditional electric vehicle marketplace into new territory with both first-time and veteran motorcyclists, we felt it was time to update our logo to serve a more well-rounded first impression and to more fully capture the vitality and passion behind our products and experience.”

Further speaking of the logo, Zero Motorcycle says “designed to represent the breathtaking performance and purity of experience offered by Zero’s all-electric motorcycles, the new logo and trademark more fully captures the essence of the Zero brand.”
