2013 World Superbike News
In 2013 World Superbike, six manufacturers will be vying for the title – Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki.
The latter will field a two-rider team – FIXI Cresent Suzuki. And piloting the GSX-R1000 superbikes in 2013 will be Leon Camier and newly-signed Jules Cluzel, who arrives in World SBK from World Supersport.
On Monday, the FIXI Crescent Suzuki GSX-R 1000s were unveiled at the team’s offices in the UK. After the unveiling, the team crated up the machines, getting ready to ship them to Australia, where FIXI Crescent Suzuki will make its debut at an unofficial test Feb. 14-15.
The team will then remain at Phillip Island for the first official tests of 2013 WSBK Feb. 18-19 ahead of the opening round of 15 at the same circuit Feb. 22-24.
