Tissot Releases 2012 MotoGP Watches

For the 13th consecutive year, the Swiss-based Tissot will be the official timekeeper for the MotoGP Championship.

And to commemerate its place in the 2012 MotoGP Championship, Tissot has released two limited-edition watches.

Discussing the watch, MotoGP says: “The Tissot T-Race MotoGP Limited Edition 2012 watches are available in automatic and quartz versions, with the automatic edition limited to 2012 pieces and driven by the revolutionary C01.211 chronograph movement. The quartz edition has been produced in a series of 8,888 pieces.

“Both models draw inspiration from the MotoGP machines and incorporate a dynamic black based strap with a yellow aerodynamic T-line, a dashboard-inspired dial, a bezel resembling a bike’s brake disc and have carbon composites. Both editions are also presented in a MotoGP checkered flag collector’s box.”

Tissot is also offers sinature-model watches from Thomas Luthi (Moto2) and a Nicky Hayden (Ducati MotoGP). For additional information, log onto Tissot’s website.
