2012 CBR1000RR Australian Launch Video

The 2012 Honda CBR1000RR, known as the Fireblade overseas, recently had its official launch in Australia.

And to prime the public for this new model, Honda released the attached video, which gives an inside look into the history of the 2012 CBR 1000 RR Fireblade.

The CBR1000RR celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, and many have ridden it to victory, including 17-time Isle of Man TT winner John McGuinness and World Superbike’s Jonathan Rea.

During the short, you’ll hear commentary from Dave Hancock (Honda Europe Test Rider), Ronald Ten Kate (World Superbike Team Manager), Carlo Fiorini (Honda Europe Racing Operations Manager), and Jonathan Rea, whose input helps shape the overall design of the CBR1000 RR.
