A trip on the 2011 Can-Am Spyder RS isn’t just an escape. It’s a full-on performance. The powerful Rotax V-Twin with 998cc just sings, delivering instant acceleration 0-60 mph (0-100 km/h), in a claimed 4.5 seconds.

The RS is available with two transmission options; a 5-speed manual (SM5) with reverse or a 5-speed semi-automatic (SE5) with reverse.

The state-of-the-art Can-Am Vehicle Stability System, Dynamic Power Steering, Traction Control System, Anti-Lock Braking System along with the optional semi-automatic transmission set the stage for confident handling.

Instrumentation includes the Can-Am multi-function LCD analog gauge with a digital speedometer, tachometer, odometer, trip & hour meters, gear position, temperature, engine lights, electronic fuel gauge and clock.

The Spyder RS comes standard with the Can-Am Digitally Encoded Security System (DEES) anti-theft system and is available in a Pure Magnesium Metallic or Pearl White.

The 2011 Spyder RS-S package offers all the standard plus; black 6 double-spoke front wheels, two-tone coloration, painted front spoiler and A-arm covers, carbon-black aluminum parts, RS-S graphics and stitched seat.
