Ever dream of riding the same track that Valentino Rossi won on? You have a chance this July. Yamaha Motor Corporation and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca have partnered, and will offer fans the opportunity to take a lap around the legendary Monterey circuit during the Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix.
But it gets better…participants will follow Team Graves Motorsports Yamaha riders Josh Hayes, Josh Herrin and Tommy Aquino, Pat Clark Motorsports’s Ben Bostrom and Chris Clark, and MPH Racing’s Melissa Paris.
To be eligible, fans must purchase a special weekend pass for the July 23-25 U.S. Grand Prix. This pass also includes three-day access to the race and paddock, special Turn 4 grandstand seating, preferred motorcycle parking pass and a Yamaha goodie bag.
“This is simply a fantastic opportunity for any true sportbike fan,” said Bob Starr, General Manager of Communications for Yamaha’s Motorsports Group.
“And to ride following the lines of Josh Hayes and Ben Bostrom on their R1’s through the infamous corkscrew will leave you with a memory that will last a lifetime!”
