Isle of Man TT partner Sure is sponsoring a festival of motorcycle films during the 2010 TT event.

The Island-based communications firm, which is the official mobile provider to the TT and sponsor of the Sure Sidecar races, is supporting the screening of a range of classic movies at the Villa Marina in Douglas.

At the Sure TT FilmZone fans will be able to enjoy cult films including Wild Hogs, The Great Escape, On Any Sunday, No Limit, Silver Dream Racer and the European Premier of Mark Neale’s MotoGP documentary Faster.

All Sure mobile customers will be eligible for two tickets for the price of one at any TT FilmZone screening.

Sure customers who would like to take advantage of this offer should register for the TT text line by texting "TT" to 101, and simply show a text from "Sure TT" when booking tickets at the Welcome Centre at the Sea Terminal or at the Villa Marina box office.

Visitors to the Island can also take advantage of this offer by picking up a Sure pay as you go SIM pack free of charge at the Sure Retail Unit at the TT Grandstand.

They can also collect them from either the Strand Street Sure shop in Douglas or the approved dealer ‘Xfor’ in Parliament Street, Ramsey.

Mike Stanton (Sure Country Manager) says: "We are an active partner of the TT Races and look for a number of ways to support the event and also provide added value to our loyal customers."

"We think that there’s a great range of films to choose from and hope that this offer encourages as many people as possible to go."

Tickets to see the films are just £5 per screening and will be available from the Villa Marina and on the Ticket Hotline throughout TT week. The main feature will be Robin Hood and will be screened nightly from 7.30pm as well as selected matinees.
