bwin renews MotoGP sponsorship for 2010

With the renewal of its sponsorship deal with MotoGP rights holder Dorna Sports S.L., bwin is continuing its commitment to top international motorcycle racing.

bwin will continue its title sponsorship of the Gran Premio de Espana in Jerez and the Grande Premio de Portugal in Estoril, and will have an important presence in the Grands Prix of Misano and Brno. The deal builds on bwin’s existing partnership with MotoGP since 2004 and represents a prestigious sponsorship with global reach.

The bwin sports betting logo will be highly visible across the circuits with banners on the track, the pit lane and the starting line. Prominent branding will also be included on the podium, in the press conference areas and television interview backdrops.

bwin Head of International Sport Marketing Andrea Gaudenzi comments: "As we remain fully committed to the MotoGP World Championship it is only natural for us to renew our partnership with Dorna Sports. MotoGP broadcasting reaches hundreds of millions of viewers throughout Europe and the world. It has become one of the most exciting sports events out there and fits perfectly with the bwin brand."

Dorna’s Managing Director Pau Serracanta adds: "During the years of our partnership, bwin has proven to be a significant and reliable partner for MotoGP with lots of drive and innovation. No question, bwin provides MotoGP with extra horsepower."
