Tim Cotter, MXSports
Tim Cotter is just back from meeting with Senator Rockefeller and members of the U.S. Congress and Senate to discuss the Lead Ban and its impact on the motorcycle industry. As a result of the ban, youth powersport products, including minicycles and ATVs plus a wide range of parts and accessories, have been removed from showroom floors and are no longer available. Although well intentioned, the CPSIA as applied to youth powersports-a group of products that clearly does not cause measurable increases in blood lead levels-has resulted in the unintended but complete gutting of our youth market.

Don Amador, Recreation Consultant Western Rep – Blue Ribbon Coalition
Don is a recreation consultant and also serves as the Western Representative for the Blue Ribbon Coalition and has spent the last 19 years successfully advocating environmentally sound multiple-use recreation on, and access to, public lands.
