R1 Exhaust Pipes
Yoshimura exhaust systems are built with cutting edge technology. Where tubes used to be cut with hacksaws and bent by hand over a torch, now CNC cut-off saws accurately cut pipes to length while multi-level CNC tube benders shape pipes to exact specifications with cassette tooling changing on one station.
Despite all this high-tech equipment, Yoshimura pipes are still welded by hand. All the high-tech gadgets in the world can’t replace a master craftsman’s skills. The combination of high tech and old world craftsmanship is what gives our customers the quality and incredible performance Yoshimura’s R&D customers expect.

Yamaha R1 – TRC Tri-Oval
The TRC is second to none! It’s a race-proven exhaust featuring a tri-oval design. Trick cone shaped end cap, and an easily removable low-volume insert. The TRC has a straight baffle, leading to that distinct cone-shaped end cap. The cap is available in stainless steel or carbon. The muffler is available in your choice of 304-L polished stainless steel, carbon fiber or titanium.

Yamaha R1 – TRC-D Slip-On Exhausts
One of Yoshimura’s newest creations, the TRC-D features a striking dual-outlet, turndown stainless tipped muffler with a spiffy carbon fiber cone cap. The dual taper exhaust manages sound in both high-flow and high-power applications, and the sound output equals happy ears and fast lap times on the track. The TRC-D boasts 304-L polished stainless steel, MIG-welded construction with stainless, carbon, and titanium muffler sleeve options.

Yamaha R1 – R-77 Trapezoidal Cone
The R-77′s trapezoidal shape is serious business when it comes to performance. This pipe was designed from racetrack feedback from racers like Tommy Hayden and Blake Young, so not only does it look cool, it does great things for a motorcycle. With a straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the front cap of the R-77 is MIG-welded; while the end cap is riveted using high-end polished stainless steel rivets and bands.
The R-77 comes in ¾ system or slip-on configurations. The muffler comes in stainless steel, titanium, or race-inspired carbon fiber and the end cap is available in polished stainless steel or carbon fiber. Mix and match your muffler and end cap to customize your pipe.
