On Thursday, September 11, the nation will remember the attacks of 9/11, and as many as two million will be on motorcycles converging on Washington, D.C. in the 2 Million Bikers To DC Rally.

Providing the a musical backdrop for that event will be Madison Rising , a patriotic rock band with a message. In addition to their original songs, they will perform their popular version of the Star Spangled Banner to celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the Francis Scott Key song that is being celebrated this weekend.

This re-energized rock rendition of The Star Spangled Banner has nearly six million views on YouTube and has sold over 100,000 copies. Their most recently introduced song Open Road, is a motorcycle rider’s contemporary anthem.

The band spreads the message of the American Dream with a new attitude, appealing to today’s youth, and fans of classic rock as well as motorcycle and car enthusiasts, military veterans, and the people who people who understand the positive power of the American ideal. Madison Rising also touches music lovers who crave a new positive message in upbeat songs and lyrics.

The band’s patriotic roots are strongly demonstrated by lead singer, former US Navy FMF Corpsman, Dave Bray and its original music conveys the freedom of the open road, the rights of the US constitution and the strength of our US military.

The newest song, “Hero” is the title track to the new album while the rock versions of the National Anthem, used in the soundtrack of America the Beautiful became popular when performed at events across the country.
