TBR Motorcycle Silver Series Exhaust
The latest state-of-the-art exhaust system from Two Brothers Racing is here. Two Brothers is pleased to announce the all- new Silver Series line of exhaust systems.
Featuring carbon fiber highlighted by a natural finished aluminum inlet and outlet, the Silver Series gives riders the look, sound and performance they’ve come to expect from a Two Brothers pipe.
Its new badge design and famous Two Brothers Racing black Teflon coated magnesium end cap gives it a clean, polished look. Complimenting the new look is an optional carbon fiber end cap. In addition to the carbon look, the Silver Series is also available in an aluminum finish.
Joel Albercht (Two Brothers Racing President) says: “After years of research, testing and more testing, we couldn’t be more pleased to launch the Silver Series.
“Our Black Series exhausts have been our best sellers for years, but we wanted to give our customers even more. With the Silver Series, we hope to give them another option when it comes to exhaust systems that provide Absolute Top LevelTM design and performance.”

All of the carbon parts are made with a high temp aerospace grade epoxy resin. The carbon fabric is made with a 33 million modulus carbon tow and impregnated with high temperature resin under very tight tolerances.
This ensures the fabric is impregnated with the resin content with exactness. The products are then placed in an autoclave under full vacuum with 100+ psi applied to allow the cure. Using an autoclave consolidates the material and removes volatiles from the material. This also includes any air that is trapped in the laminate.
