100 Years of Isle of Man TT
The exact date of the first Senior TT Race on the famous Mountain Course is to be commemorated this Sunday, July 3, with a parade lap of 100 vintage machines, a hundred years to the day after Oliver Godfrey’s victory.
All of the entrants will receive a replica of the 1911 finishers IOMTT medal.

On a short, early-morning ride today aboard the VFR, a few bugs hit me – both physically and psychologically.
The first few as I traveled my self-described "Mountain Course" were physical bugs, which spotted the Arai’s visor with cream-colored splats, followed by some greens and reds.

2011 Isle of Man TT Review
In the 2010 Isle of Man TT, multiple records were shattered, including Ian Hutchinson winning an incredible five TT races.
And although this year’s IOMTT didn’t rewrite the record books, it still brought motorcycle racing fans the highest dose of adrenaline possible on two wheels.

Due to heavy rains, all Wednesday races for the 2011 Isle of Man TT were rescheduled for today (Thursday). The skies are currently sunny on the Mountain Course, but weathermen are forecasting showers later in the day.

If there’s one race event that I anticipate more than anything throughout the year, it’s the Isle of Man TT. To put this in perspective: if John McGuinness and Valentino Rossi were together, I’d shake the throttle hand of the 16-time TT winner first.
