This weekend at Round 5 of the 2011 MotoGP Championship in Catalunya, San Carlo Gresini Honda’s Marco Simoncelli will be summoned by Race Direction to further discuss the incident involving Repsol Honda’s Dani Pedrosa at Le Mans.

Following the controversial crash at Le Mans MotoGP Sunday, it was confirmed Repsol Honda’s Dani Pedrosa broke his right collarbone.
The Spaniard returned home later that day, and had additional tests. Pedrosa had the choice of either undergoing surgery or letting the bone naturally heal because it was a "clean break."

Due to Marco Simoncelli being present at Monza World Superbike this past weekend, some news organizations began reporting that the Italian was going to race in select WSBK races.
After a fifth-place finish in the opening round of the 2011 MotoGP Championship in Qatar, it appeared that the sophomore-rider Marco Simoncelli would soon be in contention for the podium.
