Saturday’s AMA Pro Road Racing National Guard American Superbike presented by Parts Unlimited and Daytona SportBike presented by AMSOIL finals from the Suzuki Big Kahuna Nationals at Virginia International Raceway will air tonight on SPEED Channel at 8:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. PT).
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca announced that Gill Campbell, CEO/General Manager will be an in-studio guest on SpeedTV’s AMA Pro Prime Time which will air on Saturday, June 13 at 10 p.m. ET (7 p.m. PT).
This show will feature a segment on the 2009 Red Bull U.S. Grand Prix with the three classes of AMA Pro racing slated to run at the world renowned racetrack on July 3- 5: AMA SuperSport, AMA Daytona SportBike and AMA American SuperBike.
Sixty-two motorcycles took the green flag at the Illinois State Fairgrounds for the 2009 Illinois Motorcycle Dealers Association’s Springfield Mile, the first round of AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Championships Twins competition, and fans can catch all of the racing action in high definition on SPEED this Sunday, June 14, 2009, at 4:00 p.m. ET (1:00 p.m. PT).
Championship leaders Mat Mladin (No. 7 Rockstar/Makita Yoshimura Suzuki GSX- R1000) and Danny Eslick (No. 9 Bruce Rossmeyer’s Daytona Racing/RMR Buell 1125R) will lead a full field of AMA Pro Road Racing teams and riders to Barber Motorsports Park this weekend for the 7th annual Honda Superbike Classic. Over 130 AMA Pro motorcycles are entered for the event that takes place at the picturesque Barber Motorsports Park circuit, May 1 – 3.

Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Rickey Gadson followed up his Supersport win from Valdosta, Ga. last month with another one in Commerce, Ga. during round two of the AMA Dragbike Series at Atlanta Dragway. In addition to his win, Gadson ran an unofficial record elapsed time (ET) of 9.001 in the class.
