The top seven riders were separated by just 0.955 second at the end of the 7-lap race.

Foremost Insurance Pegram Racing’s Larry Pegram qualified eighth for this weekend’s AMA Pro Superbike races from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Pegram, an Ohio native, led after he completed the first segment of his Superpole lap but will start the twin 21-lap races from the second row after a slight mistake in tricky conditions.
